We have an easy 7-days return/exchange policy which can be initiated from our app only, with 100% refund in the case of returns*. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with all its tag intact. It should not be damaged or washed. Keep your order number handy.
Habithuman products are crafted with premium high-quality fabrics which we guaranteed that no one would like to ever return.
In case, Return are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you’d like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the moment, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.
To initiate a Return, Directly from app go to Order section and initiate a Return or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return an item with Subject as ‘Return Pickup’. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our Habithuman support team soon. We try our best to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren’t able to find a courier partner which can pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs. 50 as the courier charges.
Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.
Kindly Note that we only take Exchange or Return for the products sold by our own Private-label Brand ‘HABITHUMAN’ and its holding and we are not responsible for exchange or return for other Brand sold on our Website/App.
If you have applied any promocode or discount code at the time of purchase, we will only credit the refund amount for the ‘HABITHUMAN’ products in your HABITPAY Account which can be redeemed in your next purchase. However, we process exchanges if the order fulfills our exchange policy.
*Also please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Habithuman® Brand Tag, Supima® or organic cotton Tag, checking for usage and damage and Habithuman personalized box.

You want a different colour.
You want a different design.
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged or return again.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment(if no promocode are applied), within 1-2 business days.
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from HABIT HUMAN LLP. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.

Sale Items(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded: unfortunately, sales or promotion items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
